Shipping
(domestic USA) — We ship Monday through Thursday, via overnight shipping
service, which guarantees delivery time by 3:00 PM to most business addresses. If earlier arrival, or Saturday delivery is necessary, it can
be arranged for a slight up charge.
Upon receipt — Upon
receipt your package should be opened, inspected, and immediately put
away in your freezer. The corrugated and foam containers that we ship
our hors d’oeuvres in can be recycled at various locations throughout
the USA. The gel ice, so long as the seal is intact, can be kept in your
freezer for reuse.
Shelf life — Our frozen
hors d’oeuvres can be safely kept frozen for up to 1 year in a storage
freezer maintaining 0 degrees F or below. Shelf life in a retail display
freezer, where the temperature will vary due to repeated opening of freezer
doors, will be significantly less, perhaps 3 to 4 months. |
